Sharing recipe for mango ice-cream, since mangoes are everybody's favourite.
1 Tablespoon fresh lemon juice
3 Mangoes 400 ml sweetened condensed milk 1 cup heavy whipping cream
Rinse the mangoes and cut them into small pieces and blend to a puree with the lemon juice. Blend the puree with the condensed milk.
Whip the cream until fluffy and mix into the puree.
Transfer to a loaf pan or freezer-safe container, cover, and freeze overnight or for at least 5 hours until firm.
You can sprinkle with some nuts or mint leaves, as you like.
Enjoy before mangoes go out of season.
